THE MIST BY STEPHEN KING

Stephen King, by using words, can make one stay up all night to read one of his books or send fear up you spine watching a movie while you cling to your mate or sit in their lap. I recall watching The Shining. That was one scary movie. From the empty halls where people or things would appear to the moving lawn sculptures. Jack Nicholson played the perfect part. The scenes where Shelly DuVall and her son were hiding from Jack made your nerves tingle.Even without playing in The Shining he looks scary and I wouldn't want to meet him in a dark alley. While watching the film you could put yourself in that big hotel all by yourself and that is one of the things that bring out the fear. It gets you thinking and puts you in the movie.

Well Stephen King has a new film coming out November 21st that will make the hair on the back of your neck stand up. It is called The Mist. The Mist by Stephen King is a story about a group of people trapped in a local grocery store by a strange otherworldly mist. David Drayton (Thomas Jane) and his son are the first to realize that tings are lurking in the mist, creatures not of this world. As reason crumbles in the face of panic David wonders what terrifies him more, the monsters in the mist or those inside the store. Survival depends on everyone pulling together but David wonder if that is possible. A must see movie by the master storyteller Stephen King. Be sure to see The Mist by Stephen King opening November 21st. For more about this movie go to http://www.themist-movie.com/ and view the trailers, learn about the stars and more.

A great cast brings this movie together: Thomas Jane - Boogie Nights, The Punisher and Deep Blue Sea. Marcia Gay Harden - The Hoax, The Dead Girl and American Gun. Laurie Holden - The Majestic and will be on The Shield this season.
