NOT LETTING US FORGET
I had the privilage of going shopping to our friendly Wal-Mart yesterday and in at least two spots I saw their friendly reminder that there are only 51 shopping days til Christmas (now there are only 50). I thought that it was wonderful that they did this as a public service. NOT! It's bad enough that they are now showing Christmas commercials. Remember the days when this all started the day after Thanksgiving? Don't get me wrong I love Christmas and decorate my house to prove it. But lets not push it.

Fifty one days? I'm not going to start panicking about not having started my shopping until I'm within the 30 day limit.
