Once upon a time there was a custard shop in Schererville, Indiana that sold of course custard, hamburgers, hot dogs and other goodies. For some reason it didn't click with the public, maybe it was the fact that every time I'd go in there I never saw a adult to supervise the kids that worked there and who also had a don't give a darn attitude. In what seemed to be less than a year, they were gone, leaving an empty building.
Along comes Rosini's Pizza. What a great shot in the arm for the area. With a name like Rosini's you know it has to be Italian. You can buy pizza to take home as well as other Italian foods but the best thing is that they have a buffet that has all kinds of salads, pizza and pastas. Great tasting food. The prices are great with the buffet being $5.95 for adults and $3.95 for kids 10 and under. Drinks are extra. No alcohol. My granddaughter and I have been there three times since it opened a couple of weeks ago and you can bet your bottom dollar that we will be going back. Word of mouth seems to be spreading which is a good thing because it looks as it Rosini's Pizza will be there for quite a while. And by the way, there is adult supervision which is a guarantee of good service.
